Studio Policies

Payment Policy

  1. 100% advance payment is required for all bookings.
  2. 18% GST will be applied to all payments.

Rental Time Calculation

  1. The rental period begins at the scheduled call time or when the first team member enters—whichever comes first.
  2. The rental period ends when the last person from the group leaves the studio. Please account for this when scheduling your shoot.

Overtime & Extensions

  1. A grace period of 20-30 minutes is allowed for packing up.
  2. If the session exceeds the 30-minute grace period, full hourly charges will apply.

Studio Usage & Responsibility

  1. Clients are fully responsible for any damages caused during their booking period, regardless of who or what caused the damage.
  2. If another client has reserved the studio after your slot, you must vacate the space on time.

Set & Equipment Policies

  1. Sets are for shooting purposes only and cannot be used as waiting areas.
  2. Access to a set is only granted if it has been booked. Selfies and casual use of sets are not allowed unless booked.
  3. Unauthorized use of sets will be charged as a booking for that set.
  4. Any damage to the studio or sets will be charged at actual costs.

Prohibited Items & Restrictions

  1. The use of paint, flour, powder, or color inside the studio is not allowed without prior permission.
  2. The studio is located on the first floor and does not have a luggage lift.

Equipment & Power Backup

  1. Studio rental does not include equipment (lights, cameras, props, etc.).
  2. Equipment can be arranged on prior request at an additional cost.
  3. The studio does not have a power backup. A generator can be arranged with prior notice at an extra cost.
