Studio Policies

1. Payment Policy

▪ 100% advance payment is required for all bookings.

▪ 18% GST will be applied to all payments.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms before booking your session at our studio.

2.1 Cancellations

▪ More than 72 hours before the booking: Full refund issued.

▪ 24 to 72 hours before the booking: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

▪ Less than 24 hours before the booking: No refund. The full booking fee will be retained.

2.2 Rescheduling

▪ At least 48 hours before the booking: One-time rescheduling allowed at no additional cost (subject to availability).

▪ Less than 48 hours before the booking or second reschedule request: Rescheduling will incur a 25% fee based on the original booking amount.

2.3 No-Shows

▪ Clients who do not show up for their scheduled time without prior notice will be charged the full amount. No refunds or credits will be issued.

3. Rental Time Calculation

▪ The rental period begins at the scheduled call time or when the first team member enters—whichever comes first.

▪ The rental period ends when the last person from the group leaves the studio. Please account for this when scheduling your shoot.

4. Overtime & Extensions

▪ A grace period of 20-30 minutes is allowed for packing up.

▪ If the session exceeds the 30-minute grace period, full hourly charges will apply.

5. Studio Usage & Responsibility

▪ Clients are fully responsible for any damages caused during their booking period, regardless of who or what caused the damage.

▪ If another client has reserved the studio after your slot, you must vacate the space on time.

6. Set & Equipment Policies

▪ Sets are for shooting purposes only and cannot be used as waiting areas.

▪ Access to a set is only granted if it has been booked. Selfies and casual use of sets are not allowed unless booked.

▪ Unauthorized use of sets will be charged as a booking for that set.

▪ Any damage to the studio or sets will be charged at actual costs.

7. Prohibited Items & Restrictions

▪ The use of paint, flour, powder, or color inside the studio is not allowed without prior permission.

▪ The studio is located on the first floor and does not have a luggage lift.

8. Equipment & Power Backup

▪ Studio rental does not include equipment (lights, cameras, props, etc.).

▪ Equipment can be arranged on prior request at an additional cost.

▪ The studio does not have a power backup. A generator can be arranged with prior notice at an extra cost.

9. Use of High Voltage Lights

▪ If HMI, KINO, BABY, SOFTY, ARRI, SKY PANEL or any other externally sourced lights are used, Rs. 2000/- would be charged as additional electricity charges.

10. Parking

▪ Street Parking at owner’s risk.

▪ Commute by Uber is preferable.
